I have just finished reading a great book by Edwin Datschefski called "The Total Beauty of Sustainable Products". It was an easy to read, light introduction to the ethical and environmental issues we face as new designers, and also did a great job at introducing the reader to a wide variety of already established companies and how they were doing their bit sustain as ing our planets natural attributes. it also had some lovely art work and photographs in there and some great quotes from influential people in the design industry such as Philippe Starck.

I'm now beginning "The Green Imperative" by Victor Papanek which has come highly recommended...so I look forward to immersing myself in this one!!
